Shipping Charges:

A variety of shipping options are presented during 'checkout'. Items are usually shipped individually to ensure successful delivery. We recommend and normally ship via the post office using Expedited. This is the quickest [barring customs delays] most cost effective way for traceable shipping and goods are insured. We can use regular Air Mail if asked, BUT we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Couriers are also available, such as Purolator, Fedex, UPS upon request. Shipment of custom designs will be aranged on an individual basis as these would be under construction. Contact us for an update on your order.

Returns fair warning: NO DIRECT RETURNS

  • Due to our small team we cannot focus time on this.
  • At the studio or direct show exchange are easy for us to handle.
  • Require more information on how garments fit. We`re happy to help, please contact us.
  • If you require a special size please contact us. Custom designs must be paid in full.
  • Custom designs and price are confirmed on day of order if they are a set design. Complex designs will be priced by the hours of labour. Additional charges will be added if more detail is requested. Restocking fee will applied if customer changes their order.
  • The designer has the right to add additional fees in the followIng case. Customer changes their mind on colour, design and detailing.

Taxes:

There are NO taxes charged on items shipped to the USA or other international destinations. Items shipped within Canada are charged GST. Items shipped within Ontario are charged HST

Customs Duties:

There are NO duties on original artwork shipped into the USA. Duties to European countries vary from 3% - 15% of declared value. The International Buyer is responsible for all Duties and any extra cost arising from shipping to their address.

Returns:

With regards to our return and cancellation policies. Please contact us with in 24 hours with your concerns after reciving your shippment. We will gladly exchange your purchase or provide you with an in store credit to be used towards your next purchase, providing the following conditions are met: Items can only be exchanged 7 days after purchase date.
  • All items must be received by Joyce Seppala Designs in 100% original condition.
  • Before you send back your item for an exchange or instore credit you must contact us to obtain an Authorization Code and the mailing information.
  • All items must be fully insured upon their return. They can only be returned 7 days after purchase date.
  • The original shipping costs will not be included in the exchange value or in store credit, if your order has been shipped.
